We're getting ready for our Honeymoon trip of a lifetime.  We've been organizing the house and getting ready for our friend/housesitter/renter Alison to move in on Jan.2 and then we'll be hitting the road by Jan. 3rd.  Winter has started off strong here at home, we'll be leaving 2 ft. of snow and heading to the wet (west) side of the state to see the Picaso art exhibit in Seattle, visit a few friends, then migrating south  along the Oregon and California coasts.  Our schedule is very open since we have given ourselves 2 months to make it to Florida.  We're traveling south to around the Big Sur area of California then over the mountains near Yosemite (where they just recieved 10ft. of snow) and into Death Valley.  From there we're going up through Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, Alabama, then Florida.  From there we're headed to St. Croix in the US Virgin Islands for about a month.  The next leg of the trip will take us along the East coast all the way to Maine, through the Mid-West states, South Dakota, Wyoming, Idaho and back home in May some time.  We'll be seeing many of our friend and family along the way so expect a call from us when we're in your area.  A nice warm shower and friendly visit is all we require.  We have our mountain bikes, skis, snowshoes, climbing gear and hiking legs with us so be ready for an adventure also.  Unfortunately, we will not have our dog DeWayne with us.  He is being watch by a very loving friend of ours and will be missed a lot but will make it much easier to travel with airlines and in national parks.  Sorry Waynee.

Love you all and hopefully see you soon!!!
